The Lawrence Wood collection includes bible records, interviews, notes, correspondence & family group sheets of many families with roots in and ties to Macon County. Some family files are a wealth of family information while others may have only 1 or two pages. There are many copies of copies and some files may be incomplete. These files were scanned in the same order they were found in the files. Some files may include items that were not originally in the collection due to sorting errors in the past. As with all collected genealogies it is always important to verify the information, but many great clues are included in this research. Happy Hunting!
