Cliffside Lake, Nantahala National Forest
development featuring an 8-acre lake with a white beach and a
spacious bath house structure. The beautiful body of water is
fringed by white pines planted about 20 years ago by foresters in
reforestration work. Here a variety of interests is offered
including bathing, picnic area, outdoor amphitheatre, three miles
of horseback trails, nature trails, fishing and camping close by.
